I have been working with caregivers (including prospective parents, foster parents, adoptive parents, biological parents) and their young children for the past 10 years in clinical practice.

I’ve worked in Chicago, NYC, and the Denver/Boulder area in a range of settings including the home, community centers, mental health agencies, early childhood centers, and in private practice. This range of experience has given me the opportunity to engage with and learn from a wide variety of family structures and backgrounds. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC), a licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT), a board-certified dance/movement therapist, and a deep believer in the importance of relationships for wellbeing and growth.

I have completed numerous trainings in attachment based modalities that allow me to consider you and your child separately as well as the unique alchemy of the relationship. My movement background complements the work because it can help us explore the communication of feelings, needs and desires on a physical level. And when appropriate, I don’t hesitate to let kiddos lead us in their coolest dance moves: an ideal opportunity to connect and experience being seen!

When not in the therapy room, I restore through being in nature, dancing, reading, cooking, and spending time connecting to loved ones.

I am a licensed clinician in Colorado and New York and I am an Endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist by the CO Association for Infant Mental Health.

“Thank you for all the help you've given our son--and us--over the past few months. Your kindness and wisdom came through so powerfully, even over the internet. From those early emotion interpretation dances to the later playful social theatrics, those hours spent together had a clear impact, and at time when our family really needed it most. Please know what a lasting effect his sessions with you had, on him and on us as a family. Looking back, it's clear how much he was able to mature and grow over those months. We are so thankful, and will continue to take lessons learned from you with us.” - Parents of a former client
